Thomas Avery Littrell IV has a broad range of legal experience. Mr. Littrell first represented clients at trial even before graduating law school, as a certified law student. He worked for a boutique civil litigation firm in San Jose, California for three years before moving home to Alabama to open his own practice. He has been lead, sole, or assistant counsel in several trials, and served as corporate counsel. Mr. Littrell represents Alabama clients in both federal and state courts.

Mr. Littrell is experienced in various areas of law, including business litigation, corporate litigation, construction disputes, IP disputes, contracts, start-up businesses, divorce, intellectual property, estate planning, real property, medical malpractice defense, white collar criminal defense, boundary disputes, timber contracts, liens, mortgages, and more.
